Halls & sectors
Halls in use (DWTC listing): Exhibition Plaza, Halls 1–8, Trade Centre Arena, Sheikh Rashid Hall, Sheikh Saeed Halls 1–3, Al Multaqua Ballroom. The exhibitor list also shows stands on the Concourse and Outdoor Plaza. The organiser's February floorplan also listed Za'abeel Halls 1–6; the September floorplan does not [TBC].

Registration
Register online at big5global.com/get-your-ticket. Visitor entry is paid, not free. The ticket page lists the Visitor ticket at AED 150, shown against AED 250. The organiser says early-bird rates ended 15 Oct, standard online rates apply after that, and onsite rates start 23 Nov. The exact current online and onsite prices are [TBC].
Other tiers: Delegate (one Leadership Summit), VIP Delegate (all summits plus VIP lounge), ASHRAE Trainings. Tickets cover all four days and are non-refundable. You get an invoice by email after you buy.
Talks & conferences
Included with a Visitor ticket: CPD-certified Big 5 Talks (technical talks on the show floor) and the event app.
Paid extras: Leadership Summits, including the Big 5 Global Leaders' Summit and the LiveableCitiesX Summit (Delegate / VIP Delegate tickets), and ASHRAE Trainings. Session agenda and stage locations: [TBC]. Check the organiser's "Event at a glance".
Getting there
The organiser recommends it. World Trade Centre station is on the Red Line, about 2 minutes from the venue.
DWTC has several car parks (see the parking map on the organiser's travel page). Parking fees: [TBC].
Dubai Taxis wait outside DWTC and charge by the meter. To book: +971 4 208 0808.
Buses 27 and 29 stop outside the Novotel, next to the Convention Gate entrance.
Practical tips
- Buy your ticket online before 23 Nov. The organiser says onsite rates apply from opening day.
- Bring photo ID. The show is open to visitors aged 21 and over, and under-21s are turned away even if they have a ticket.
- Take the Metro. The organiser recommends it, and the station is about 2 minutes away.
- Plan with the floorplan and exhibitor list before you go, then use the Big 5 Global app to find your way on site.
- Thursday closes early, at 17:00. Plan last-day meetings with that in mind.
